What to Expect
No Games. No Surprises.
Here's exactly what the first conversation looks like — so you know before you click.
A real conversation, not a pitch.
No slide deck. No scripts. A member of our partnership team — usually a clinician — spending 30 to 45 minutes with you.
Your questions first.
You brought questions to this page. We want to hear them. Clinical, financial, operational, philosophical — bring what's on your mind.
An honest mutual assessment.
By the end of the call, we will both know whether moving to a deeper conversation makes sense. If it doesn't, we'll say so — and you'll leave with more clarity either way.
Complete confidentiality.
Anything you share about your practice, your market, or your plans stays between us. Always.

Before You Book
Questions Practitioners Ask.
None. The call is free, and nothing is asked of you beyond a short conversation. We see the discovery call as our responsibility — a way to make sure any practitioner who's curious gets real answers before committing anything.

Typically 30 to 45 minutes. If the conversation warrants more time and both sides want to keep going, we can extend — but we respect your schedule.
Most discovery calls are conducted by a senior member of our partnership team, often a clinician. If the conversation progresses, you'll meet additional members of our clinical and operations leadership during the deep-dive phase.
That's exactly who this call is for. The majority of practitioners we speak with are still gathering information. There is no pressure, and "not right now" is a perfectly valid outcome.
If there's mutual interest, we'll outline a next step — usually a deeper conversation that dives into clinical specifics, economics, and your market. If it's not a fit on either side, we both leave better informed, and nothing more is asked of you.
"There has never been a more important time to be a brain health provider. The patients are already in your waiting room. The science is ready. The system is built. The only question left is whether you'll step forward."
