Marketing without clinical results collapses. We will never compromise on the care. If a prospective partner is not willing to commit to clinical excellence, we are not the right home for them — and we will say so.
Transparent economics.
You will see the numbers before you commit. Equipment costs, launch costs, partnership investment, realistic timelines to patient volume, and realistic margins — honestly presented, up front.
Not a fit for everyone.

30–45 minutes · No obligation
A real conversation between practitioners. We get to know you, your practice, your market, and what brought you here. You ask us anything you want — clinical, financial, operational, philosophical. No script, no pitch deck, no pressure. If it's not a fit on either side, we both leave better informed.

Deep Dive
Structured working sessions over 2–3 weeks
If there's mutual alignment, we go deep. You see the full clinical model, the full economics, the full launch playbook, and meet members of our clinical and operations team. We review your market, your facility, your team capacity, and build a realistic picture of what launch would actually look like for you.

Partnership Agreement
Clear terms, no surprises
When both sides are ready to move forward, we formalize the partnership with a transparent agreement. You know exactly what you're committing to, exactly what you're receiving, and exactly how the long-term relationship works. No hidden fees, no mystery add-ons, no silent annual increases.

Onboarding & Launch
Typically 60–120 days
Clinical training for you and your team. Equipment procurement and setup. Staff hiring and role design. Patient-acquisition systems configured to your market. Front-desk scripting, consult frameworks, and care-plan workflows installed. Your grand opening is supported by our marketing and clinical launch teams.
